What is a Body-safe Device / Toy?

Body safe toys are intimate devices that are made with a material that won't harm your intimate bits. While we wish this was industry standard, most adult toys are made of non-body safe materials. We are the only adult device retailer in Canada that guarantees our products to be body-safe. We have curated, tested and tried every product we carry.

Does Sensuale.ca have free shipping?

Yes we offer FREE Canadian shipping with a purchase of $90 CAD or more. *International orders do not qualify for Free Shipping

Do you offer Free local Calgary Delivery?

We offer Local delivery for a flat 5$ fee for the majority of the Calgary area

I can't afford a new device right now. Is there a payment plan option?

YES, we offer 4 easy payments with Sezzle (select this option on the product of your choice) & also have a compassionate pricing program.

Do you offer Returns or Exchanges?

Considering the intimate nature of our products, returns are not accepted.
We will work with you to find a better fit at a discounted rate if you don't think this product truly suits your vibration!

Is your packaging discreet? I don't want my neighbours knowing I bought a sex toy...

Our packaging is discreet, simple black mailers with no identifying information.

We also are the only adult company to have compostable shipping mailers, and have planted hundreds of trees in the rainforests of British Columbia!

My device broke on me. Do I have a warranty?

Yes! If your product has a motor is has a warranty. How long depends on the manufacturer! All of our Vibrating, or motorized devices come with a warranty.

Why is your store selection smaller than other adult retailers?

The answer is simple! Quality over quantity.

We try, test, and look into the manufacturing process for EVERY product we carry. Then, we curate the best products we find. We only bring in the hits from each brand, and that meet our criteria for body safety.
